  • 1991 - Orchesta Casino de la Playa (Tumbao Cuban Classics TCD-003) [Switzerland]
    During the 1940's, D. Pérez Prado was the arranger and pianist for this important Cuban group. Four numbers in this collection were arranged by Prado (with Prado playing piano on one), circa 1945-1946.

    The liner notes say that these are pre-RCA recordings made in Mexico 1947-1949, although Michael Macdonald-Ross reports that they were originally made for the RCA Mexicana label.
